Does DakkanPro work without internet?
Yes. DakkanPro is designed to work offline, so a dropped connection does not stop you recording shop activity. Product, sales, customer and cash-register records are stored on your device. You can record sales, manage stock and track client payments while offline, then continue using the app when a connection is available.
Which languages does the app support?
DakkanPro supports Arabic, French and English. You can switch the interface language to suit the person using the shop app. The Arabic interface is laid out from right to left, while French and English use left-to-right text.
Can I back up and restore my shop data?
Yes. DakkanPro lets you export a backup copy of your shop data and restore it later. The app stores shop records on your device, and you choose when to create a backup. Keep your exported copy somewhere you can access if you change or reset your phone.
Does DakkanPro work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. DakkanPro is made for iOS and Android phones. The app brings shop sales, receipts, barcode scanning, stock, customer credit, the cash register and seven-day sales reports together on a mobile device. Check the relevant app store listing for the current installation details.
Where is my shop data stored?
DakkanPro stores shop records on your device. These include product, sales, customer and cash-register information used to manage the shop. The app also offers backup and restore, so you can export a copy and restore it later. The website does not claim that shop records are synced to a cloud account.
How does client credit tracking work?
DakkanPro shows what each customer owes and keeps a record of credit activity. When a customer pays, you can record a partial payment or settle the full balance. This gives the shop owner a way to review outstanding amounts, payment history and credit sales from the app.
How does barcode scanning work?
Use the phone camera to scan a product barcode and find the item in your catalogue, or add it to the catalogue if needed. When recording a sale, scanning helps you select products without searching through the list manually. Barcode scanning is one of the app’s product and sales tools.
